I have been a customer for several years and have had no problems with termites and anytime we had pest issues (ants, pantry bugs, mice) you have rosponded quickly and solved the problem. Thomas McCombs the technician who handles my home is excellent - very knowledgable and responsive.
David was very professional and took the time to answer my questions, and offer ideas of his own. He dealt with a pest problem (wasps) that was a concern of mine. He also returned to follow-up and offered additional service when they returned.
