We like that we always have the same person coming to our house (Benton). We like that the people who answer the phones are always courteous and accommodating if we have to change our scheduled appointment. We like that we rarely have bugs unless we are getting a lot of rain or it is very, very hot and humid.
The only issue we ever had was when we had a wasp nest on our porch last summer for the first time ever, and when we called Terminix, the person on the phone said Terminix doesn't deal with wasp nests, even though it said you did on your website.
