I was not going to give a 10. However because of our long time relationship (30+ years) I believe that we are going to have blips every now and then. That’s exactly what happened this time with our mosquito treatment. The first treatment didn’t last more than 2weeks and had to be retreated, when the technician came to do the retreating the machine had a malfunction so we had to wait a few more days but it was done and I hope that it continues to protect until the next treatment.

There has been a lot of turn over in the last couple of years with terminix.we have been with you for at least 30 years. The most recent technican seems really good and he was with a company in your industry for several years so he has prior knowledge which is a positive thing.
