Even though it has been a few years and he is no longer with you - the young man who essentially TOTALLY GOT RID OF our German Cockroach problem is what has sold me on Terminix - he didn't spray - but he did put the thin layer of brown stuff in our cabinets and along seams. It took a while but they were eventually completely gone.
When we needed to sell our house in 2000 - we had a termite problem and I am sure that the new buyers were very pleased that we had just invested in the Sentricon System. So yes, we are very happy with Terminix.

The person who services are home has been coming to our home since 2013 Phil is excellent he's probably one of the best people at customer service I've ever seen and I've been in customer service for 60 years he does explaining he's on time he keeps in touch you need to have all employees like him my son and daughter-in-law when they moved out of this house and I moved in we're so sad to lose him but he's the reason frankly I stay with Terminix your products are good and they do a good job but your service person is absolutely outstanding thank you for keeping him there

Quick response time. Billy was very good. I thought I had somehow gotten bedbugs in my house. Billy checked around and told me he did not see any signs.
I then asked about termite inspection and treatment, and pest control. Billy said he could go ahead and do it while he was here. Which he did. It was not cheap, however I don’t know what other companies charge. For the peace of mind, it’s worth it.
The service is amazing. Always willing to listen and give great info on all situations.
