I get to talk to a real person when i call the office. There are no phone trees involved. I am able to schedule an appointment for services at a time that is good for me. If i still have a have a problem after a visit i can schedule a problem for no additional cost . The service persons are always pleasant and responsive to my bug problems And i have very few mosquitoes and nearly no bugs at my house.
