Technicians are courteous, very professional and do serious, comprehensive termite dwelling/crawlspace inspections and also Terminix techs do a separate bait stations inspection that is very through. Each inspectron ends with a personal review of the inspection findings by the technician with the homeowner.

I worked for Dixie Exterminating for 35 years. Terminix acquired Dixie Ext. in January 2025. I am now employed by Terminix and embracing the many changes learned as a CCS in the Rock Hill branch.
I too am a customer and have recommend Terminix to many friends and family members. The staff in office as well as the technicians are very knowledgeable and always take care of any problems that may arise.
Service is excellent but due to personal circumstances I need to cancel service effective today…September 22, 2025.

Working with Terminix has been a great experience, and that’s largely thanks to our incredible technician, Phil Shapiro. He consistently goes above and beyond—last week, after completing his routine visit, he even brought our empty trash bins back up to the house without being asked. It’s those thoughtful gestures that really set him apart.
Phil is always polite, responsive, and dependable. Anytime I call, he answers right away and handles everything with professionalism and kindness. I never have to worry when Phil’s on the job—he’s truly someone you can count on. Even our dog, Sullivan, gets excited when Phil arrives! He’s not just a technician; he’s part of the family.
