Prompt service and will return if problems arise before next service date. Everyone I have talked with either on the phone or the service tech at my home are friendly and listen to any concerns.
First and foremost I like the personnel-Eric, who does my termite inspection; Stephanie, who changes out the bait traps; and Lydia, who schedules my appointments with Eric and Stephanie, and also answers any administrative questions I might have. Second, there has been no sign of termites in the six years I’ve owned and lived in this house. Third, Eric recommended I fully encapsulate the crawl space and install your dehumidifier-I have been extremely satisfied with the resulting moisture readings.
