We have used Terminix services for many years, the exceptional service we have received from Phil Shapiro since we have moved from FL to SC has exceeded all of our expectations.
I appreciate the latest pest control inspector. He explained that I will not need treatment inside the house unless I had recently seen pests. He explained that treatment on the exterior is adequate to keep pests from entering the house. That is such good news as I have never liked having insecticides inside or near my pets. We hope not to see any pests until the next treatment.
Also, I appreciate the inspector clearing the spider webs away around the eaves and downspouts of the gutters. He did an excellent job!

The Terminix employee arrived on time just as scheduled. He spent the appropriate amount of time under my house, then provided me with the moisture content reading...which was within proper specs.
