Reminders are sent when it's time for a service; and when calling to schedule, the appointment has always been less than a week out. Upon arrival the service tech always goes over what they plan to do and asks if there have been any "sightings" that need focused attention. Terminix techs are polite, courteous of not tracking dirt/mud inside, fast, and efficient at what they do.

When you have appointment you are ready to come does good job
We have been with Terminix for 30+ years. Terminix Sentricon system so important when we found our house had termites when we were getting ready to list it. Buyers were reassured with that plan. I don't like sprays so we found another option for a type of German cockroach(s) that arrived at our house one day. Palmetto bugs outside we also don't spray but have alternate treatment. We have had nothing but outstanding results in all of these years from Terminix.
