I like that I don’t have to remember when it’s time for treatment. The technician always calls in advance, and if necessary works around our schedule. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. As long as we can have Andy, we have Terminix.
We continually refer and continue to use Terminix because of the professionalism and promptness of service person, Jeremy, exudes. Whatever pest problem we may be having at the time, he is eager to jump right in and solve it. The cost is a bit more than some but are willing to pay to make sure we continue to have the service he provides.
