Nick was courteous, efficient, and thorough in his inspection of bait stations and, on a separate visit, the crawl space of our home. He communicated effectively and provided verbal information that was helpful to us. We hope he will continue to be the Terminix representative who makes annual visits.
The only reason we scored Terminix as "9" and not "10" is because the invoice should provide additional information (for example, findings regarding our specific property, such as moisture level in crawl space, and any tips to reduce termites on our property).

Paul White does a good job for us. He asks about, and then listens to - and tries to solve - our problems. He is very polite and courteous - and very good about communicating in advance of his visits.

We really like the service! We pay a yearly fee and they come out quarterly for regular maintenance. Plus, they'll come out whenever we have a problem with ants, mice, etc. in addition to the regular quarterly service. Leevi has been our technician for several years. He knows the property and any individual needs that keeping it bug and varmint free. Would highly recommend them if you need help in that area.
Whenever we have had any issues, Riley, our service person has been available and has taken care of our needs. We are very happy with our service and recommend Terminix.
Paul is great. He is a true professional. But those that have covered for him in the past not good at all. Paul spends at least a hour at my house doing his job. The others 15 minutes at the most. I hope he never retires. Because it would be difficult to get someone that does as good a job as he.

What I like the most about my Terminix service is my Service Tech, Leevi. He is prompt, professional, and always contacts me to arrange a specific service time. Leevi goes above and beyond in every respect and is the best Service Tech that I've had in over 10 years.
