We were extremely busy with workmen installing a new drywall ceiling in our garage. Your technician arrived, let me know he was here. Went directly to his procedure. Unfortunately I was unable to speak with him as he knew that we were busy. This was most unusual for him. But understandable. However, it was not an issue as I implicitly trust him. His consideration was most appreciated by both the workmen and myself.
