Our longtime Terminix pesticide service provider Jeremy always calls ahead to project his arrival time, which he adjusts if needed so that we can be home when he arrives (we have bait traps within our garage that he checks). We chat before service in case we have noticed anything that needs special attention. Our 11 years with Terminix have provided COMPLETE pest protection at our forested mountainside home.
Since I am usually not there I know it will be completed when it is needed.
Arrives on time, responds well to our questions when we have pest concerns, and are just generally pleased with their services.
