The Terminiz rep showed up more than an hour late and never called to inform us of the delay. Rich Parker has been our regular technician for many years and he has never been late. Because of the tech's tardiness schedules in our house had to be rearranged. Not up to the traditional timely service we are used to.

Matt cope knows how to DELIGHT his customers!!! He is personable, professional and goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met and is a true ambassador for the Terminix brand of pest control. He is very effective in client retention for Terminex! We have plenty of quality pest control options in our area but MATT is why we stay with Terminex. Matt would be a great person to train new employees and I could see potential for leading and motivating his own Terminix team in the future.
