I haven't had any problems, and my technician is both pleasant and thorough. In my opinion, the money I spend on protecting my home from wood-eating insects is money well spent.

We have a great service technician, Jimmy. Although we get electronic reminders he always follows up to be sure we get the appropriate service within the proper time. He is always willing to check out any "critters" we have whether they be ants, spiders, earwigs, etc. On top of that, we is a genuine kind person.
