Hayden went above and beyond recently by arriving a few days after Hurricane Helene hit Highlands and so much of Western NC. I live in Atlanta and also have had a small Mirror Lake cottage for many years. He was able to get to my house in Highlands to report back to me about its condition after the storm along with performing his normal bug duties. He crawled under the house to check on moisture and to make sure the dehumidifier was running. He checked inside and all around the home for any damages, and took pictures to send to me.

You guys are reliable and professional. A particular shout out to your service man who found a window open at our house and followed up with both me and the POA to make sure the issue was taken care of, which it was right before Helene came through. So he save us a lot of water damage. Thank him.
