The appointments are reminded well in advance of the due date, so that my calendar can be easily noted.
The Techs usually arrive right on time, often a few minutes early. They ALWAYS use paper "Booties" over shoes to keep the house floors clean.
The Techs concentrate on problem areas, if any are noted.
