Terminex has been great! If a see a pest after they spray, they come back and take care of the problem. The spider's and cob webs have decreased, a great deal, since we've had them spray.
We also, got the Termite Protection, which looks like a good system.
However, I tried the outside mosquito protection, but do not think I've seen a difference, so I'm not getting that this year.
I recommend Terminex for your pest control needs.
