Nathan, this guy is great. He explains things with you, educates you, asked numerous questions to make sure he is getting to all the right places in and out side your home. He listens and seems to really care about getting everything right. He is why we stay with Terminix.

We like our tech John very much. The office picks up their phone when called. They are very responsive. Pay one fee for the year and quarterly spraying inside and out or wherever your needs are. Also if there is a concern within that three month period john will come out to service.
