We have very few insect, bug problems and give nearly all of the credit for this to our ongoing Terminix relationship. Our service technician, Trenton, is thorough in his work and very pleasant. There have been one/two instances where we had an ant problem inside our house. Terminix responded immediately and the problem was resolved.

I have been a Terminix customer for more than 30 years and in 2 houses. Service has been courteous, timely, efficient and effective. Treatment of my properties has been for spiders to mice to underground yellowjacket nests. All it takes is a phone call.

Michael has gotten rid of the camelback crickets, and I haven’t seen a bug of any sort in the house since Terminix began treatments several years ago. I like that Michael calls to remind me that it’s time for service. He seems genuinely interested in keeping our property free of pests. He arrives when promised, works diligently, asks if there are any problems since his last visit, and makes clear that he will come again if any issues develop before the next treatment.
