Jacob arrived promptly (ahead of schedule actually, and that was certainly fine with us) and set to work without unnecessary guidance from us. He enquired as to any problems we were having (ants) and promptly set about addressing that issue. He further took down all cobwebs that seemed to have appeared rather suddenly (but of course had not) and checked the sticky mouse traps that might be in need of replacing. In short, we were well satisfied with his performance!
