Scott always calls us a week or so ahead of when he will be coming, so we choose a date that's convenient for him and for us. He is always on time an does a great job when he comes.

Scott came to our house when we were in a panic. He clearly knows what is doing and is friendly and efficient. When he left, we were confident everything was going to be OK. I really don't think there could be a better experience.
