Once again, Scott Johnson sprayed and otherwise treated our home for unwanted insects and rodents. As always, Scott was his cheerful, thorough, and professional self. He is totally reliable and, unlike many of the local building contractors working in our area, he will show up promptly (or actually earlier) and ready to begin. As we’re frequently walking our dog when we encounter Scott heading to our house, he simply heads on up and begins work on the exterior of the house, completely on his own initiative.

Grayson is prompt, friendly, and efficient. There is definitely a notable decrease in the spiders and other bugs I used to find in my house and on my deck. I love living in the woods, but bugs can be a problem. Terminix is a big help. And sweeping the cobwebs from the exterior of my home helps with both the spiders and my home's appearance.
