When we are notified that a treatment is due and schedule the day and time of the treatment, the tech who does the work (in our case, Cameron) is always prompt and efficient. We are completely satisfied with the Terminex service.

Easy and dependable
We love the consistent good work of our technician, Austin Galloway. He calls before he comes, then keeps his appointments. Since we started using Terminix for quarterly spraying, we have had no problems with ants or other pests inside the house.
Scott is always very thorough with his service and very open to little suggestions like spraying under the railing outside at our Airbnb where otherwise we get wasp nests. Thanks to Scott taking care of our rental the past couple of years this is no longer a problem.
We have also finally have gotten a handle on the Asian beetle problem that has plagued us since we opened as well. We would of course prefer if we could locate and seal up the entrance where these beetles and stinkbugs are getting in, but since we can't, Scott has found that treating up near the beam in our ceiling in the fall prevents these insects from overwintering and appearing en masse in the spring when it warms up.
Scott is also very knowledgeable and friendly and very easy to schedule with, which is of course very important when you have a rental property.
I highly recommend his service.
