The service technician, Jason, takes a personal, professional interest in protecting our property. He is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job updating us about our service.
Since this is a vacation rental, I like the communication about treatments. They always ask when they could do it. That’s important when you have guests. Also over the years I have noticed fewer pests in the house. Treatments are working. Also, because the house is empty, the Terminex man notifies me when he notices something amiss like toilet tank running and fixes it.
Had pests. Problem solved. Todd is courteous, arrives when scheduled, and does a good job.
