The rep was on time
The rep called the day before they would be here. Then on the scheduled day call and let us know when they would be here. Once on site very knowledgeable and helpful.
The rep who showed up was very thorough and and explained what was done on his visit. I then called the office and requested an email of what services I was receiving and the lady I spoke was helpful and more than happy to create that document and send it to me. In less than 30 minutes, the exact document I did requested was sent to me.

The whole Terminix is great. They commumicate via email two weeks before treatment is needed. They work very hard to meet my schedule. When the technician is schedule to be here they call and keep us updated on there arrival time. They have been on time every time they are schedule to be here. The technician is knowledgeable very professional, and helpful. A very good service.

The technicians have all been very nice and do a great job. They take care of lots of things the only problem is it’s very expensive paying for everything à la cart. It would be great if they would bundle everything at a great price.
