The Andrews NC office services our termite and bug contracts. Everyone has been very helpful and expedient in getting us set up and scheduled. I called to find out about bug service for our apartment complex and the lady in the office was on top of it. The guys that came out to give us a quote were professional and we received the quote the next day. Come to find out, they were already doing our annual termite service. I have not been with this company for a year yet, so I did not know. I am so happy they got the contract to do the monthly bug service too. They so deserve it; very professional. I will highly recommend them.

My exterminator, Darren is very friendly, helpful and always polite when he comes. I am so appreciative that he is kind to our many dogs, and is sure to tell us if anything he uses has precautions for our fur babies too.

Haven't seen a bug since starting my service, service tech said the bait station had been nibbled on however have not seen any , replaced bait so that should take care of them. The whole staff is probably the most friendly available people anyone could hope for. Definitely a worthwhile service unless you like to be bugged😁
