From the minute I called Terminix, I was treated like a VIP. My questions were answered immediately and a plan of action was formulated and put in place within just a few days of my first call.
I was given a curtesy call by the tech before he arrived at our home. Since it is a second home
and I was not able to be on site for the initial visit, it was nice to speak with Eric firsthand and explain some of our pest control concerns.
Eric also called me afterwards with an update to our plan to move forward. I am now on a very reasonably priced annual protection plan and feel a lot better moving forward knowing we are in the hands of Pest Control Professionals.
