David Jones is wonderful. He is the main reason I decided to use Terminix. He takes concerns seriously. He does a professional job and does not need to be followed around to make sure he does a good job. He is trustworthy and honest. I do not have the ant, scorpion, spider or mouse problem I had before, I am on a fixed income and the service receive is so excellent that I make it a priority to budget every month to pay for it. This means that I figure in the cost of the service BEFORE I even budget for groceries. What more can I say??.

Our Technician, Brandon, is exactly what you would see on a Terminix TV advertisement.
He is so friendly and personable and attentive to detail. He is very thorough in his addressing any information we provide in seeing bugs or pests. He takes his time inspecting every square inch of our home inside and out and takes care of everything he finds. From treating the perimeter of our home including under the roof eves and porch railings to the whole interior he doesn't miss a thing. We couldn't be more pleased or have more trust that we are in very capable and trustworthy hands with Brandon.

Eric is wonder and great at follow up if a problems came up. Office staff is great as long as you are talking to local office. Talking to someone that not local is questionable.
