I appreciated the time that Mr. McClure spent with me explaining his observations to me. I had recently acquired this property (October 1st), and since he had held the contract with the previous owner's, which I never had the opportunity to meet, I found his observations and recommendations extremely helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable, and was willing to take time to explain things to me that I would not have understood, otherwise.
