Brandon calls ahead, then arrives promptly when he says he will. He is careful to cover his footwear and does not leave any tracks. He completes his inspection promptly and reports any findings (thankfully, there are no problems). He is sociable and polite.

Brandon is also very good at asking if he can come out on a certain day and time and if it’s not good for us he will accommodate.

Had a difficult time getting rid of the roaches but I know that takes a while. Terminix has been very good about spraying every time I have asked them to come back. I think we are finally winning the war against the roaches.
