I have a Terminix technician that has serviced my home for 2-3 years and has always done an excellent job. Communication with Terminix and their staff has always been open and willing to listen and address my questions and concerns.
Needs and concerns are addressed.
Please don't bug me with this. He did a fine job. I will let you if I have complaints. I am terribly busy at this time.

Zack and Darren came out for an initial inspection and recommendation within a week of a call to your Andrews office. Both were very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. They were able to service our home and detached garage quickly. They were knowledgeable and good customer service reps for Terminix.
