Terminix schedules regular maintenance visits and performs even when l’m not present. I never have to keep track of these visits and Terminix keeps me advised by email. When l’ve been present during a visit, the technician is always pleasant and efficient.

Customer service
Jeff Houston performed the treatment this time 14 November 2024. He did an excellent job, as this is the first treatment service since the Hurricane Helene rampaged through the area.
Jeff paid extra attention to the window openings and the door frames, and did a great job wiping down all the outside surfaces.
He checked the little box traps for critters, all empty. Have not had a capture yet in 5 years or so with Terminix.
