The technician arrived on time as promised. He thoroughly inspected the entire interior of the property and treated it as needed. The outside was also treated. The proof of their treatments is that any bug we find in the house is dead.

Your service has “ALWAYS “ —until this year —-been EXCELLENT! I was fortunate enough to be there last week when your agent arrived. He advised that he had not been in the house for months because he didn’t know where the key was to get in. Why did he not contact you and you contact me so I could tell him again where it is located.? I showed him where it was while he was there. we experienced a lot of mice a squirrel also got in the house and between the mice and the squirrel the eight $250 worth of handmade quilts on our beds. An agent should be able to have enough sense that they need to go in the house and do what they’re being paid to do! I would appreciate your thoughts on my concern. Thank you, Name removed.
