Your technician did my family a huge service. As soon as he went into the house, he saw that there was serious water damage. He called me on my cell phone to report this. I asked him to send me some photos. He went on all floors of the house and got photos and sent them to me. I was able to immediately call and get the water turned off to the house and to call my insurance company.
I want to be sure your tech, who's name I cannot recall, gets recognized for excellent customer service.
