Cade, our serviceman, is a very nice person. He is always on time and very polite.
The receptionist in the Spruce Pine office is also very pleasant and a pleasure to talk to.
I like the fact that retreatment is always available if pests are still seen after a treatment.

Service access is quite difficult, always have to wait a week or more for service even if urgent. Also expensive compared to other companies. But we started with Terminex, and only in that home to visit, we do not live there, so hard to change and trust another company.
