How easy it was to communicate and work together
Terminix provides great service. The local team is very good at answering questions, responding to inquiries, explaining options. Adam is great and did a fantastic job here at the house this week. I've used Terminix in the past and have also tried others, but in my aopinion Terminix is the best. We just moved into our home in the NC mountains and the previous owners utilized Terminix, we continued the service and are very pleased with the team. Thank you for the great service.

Philip was awesome! He was polite and very respectful of the fact that I was working from home. He was kind to my daughter and myself. However I did not like the fact that y'all did not have the steel wool wire to plug in the holes that the mice are coming in at. I was told hopefully next week y'all would have them in. I really pray that Philip can come back next week to plug in the holes for us. But besides that I'm very happy
