My wife and I built a house in Linville Ridge that was finished 14 summers ago in 2008. I don’t remember from whom we received a recommendation to use Terminix. Our service tech is Cody Dale. To the best of my knowledge and memory, Cody has serviced our house for the last 14 years. He is extremely careful of our home; he does not cut corners; he always shows up if we need him for an interim service between regular service calls when we notify him when we will be arriving. He is always has been extremely polite to my wife and me. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the services performed by Terminix. He is the type of individual that any company would would be lucky to have. My wife and I highly recommend Terminix for service in your mountain residence. If any home owner/customer is lucky enough to have Cody Dale in the area that he covers, you will quickly understand why I have extolled his virtues in this email.

I was extremely pleased with my service technician Cade. What a gentleman! He answered all of my questions and communicated very professionally. I loved the fact that he used those rubber booties to keep my floors clean and unmarred. Once my house was treated, within 4 days my mice issue was solved!!!! Very happy to have Terminix and Cade servicing my home.
