Whenever we had a concern in between scheduled Terminex visits, they have always addressed our issues & returned promptly. It is very reassuring to have them treat any pest problems that arise as well as quarterly treatments.

Our technician, Taylor Hughes, is friendly and thorough. We have had no issues with pests since Taylor became our service person. In addition, he also points out other areas of concern (for example, possible leak) so that we can have them repaired.
