Service was fine but technician caught his ladder on the underside of our deck. Instead of backing up and removing the ladder he kept going and gouged and nicked all of the crossbeams holding the deck. The whole deck jumped with each rung. We had to do paint touchup work on the outer deck board. He seemed more concerned with his ladder than with our deck.

We like our pest protection from Terminix mainly because of the service we get from Hunter Payne who provides the chemicals needed to eradicate the pests that we tell him about. He sweeps down any webs or whatever is showing on our home and sprays inside and out of our home including our shop and even our mailbox when asked to do so. Thank you Hunter Payne for a great job!

Before we had Terminix, we had ant traps, mice traps and dealt with all kinds of bugs. Oh, and carpenter bees. We weren't controlling them on our own. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly - the people in the office schedule you quickly and are also very nice - and know what they're doing. Really, really like the company & the people in the Waynesville/Maggie Valley area.
