Have been with terminix for about 18 years. Have had mostly good service since then. Folks are what make your business. Products are products for the most part however customer service is what sets ya above others. Sebastian is definitely a great asset. He is very knowledgeable and has a very warm and kind demeanor. Billy was the main reason I went with y'all way back in the day. Hated when he no longer was our provider but stayed the course. Had a few in-between and by far Sebastian and Billy were the best. Hoping that Sebastian will be able to continue to be our provider. Better hang on to him!!
