I've had great service from our technician. He always takes time to figure out if any issues have appeared since the last time and checks in about previous problems in the past. We had an ant issue in a very high spot that other services just put stuff on the ground 25 feet away that didn't help. They brought in a ladder and eventually a spray stick to hit the issue.
The services are provided in a friendly and very professional way. Working with the people on the phone is always a pleasure. The main thing I appreciate is that any bug or critter situation stays under control so no worries.
