Our Terminex “Guy”, Patrick, juggles service for our 10-unit condo as if it’s no big deal. None of us are youngsters, and many of us have pets. Patrick lets us know when he arrives so we can move pet dishes, food, etc. He is such a pleasant person to deal with & we really appreciate him.

Quality of service is terrific. However, turnover of specialists could be improved. Understand that some quit. However, company rotation policy could be improved. Example - rotating Ben and replacing him with Jordan. As a result, the client has to spend time to acquaint the specialist for the services deemed necessary by the client.
