Technician shows up on time, checks with us on any noted pest issues, thoroughly checks the home for issues, sprays pesticides as prescribed, answers any questions and notifies us when leaving. All done courteously and with respect.
I like that the service is consistent and the products used seem to be effective, although I do worry about the effects they may have on the environment and bees and butterflies.
