I think you would agree that that the Technicians your customers deal with have a significant impact on the satifaction rating. That said I have ben very impressed and totally satisfied with the thoroughness, professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy displayed by my current Technician Dustin McCall just as I was with my previous two Technicians Kevin Miyares and Kim Platz. If they represent your overall hiring process you are doing an excellent job because I view them as outstanding..

The service tech was very professional and helped with every concern I had. The previous years inspection (2022) was not thorough and I explained that to him and he made sure everything was sorted out this time.

I do like the prompt service of yearly inspection. But I do live on ss check as only income and your annual fee is hard to pay with my normal other monthly bills. I wish you had some type of senior discount that would help customers like me.

My service man is the best I have ever had he does a very good job and he is a good person . I don't just let anyone come into my home.
