Tony is always prompt, friendly, and VERY thorough, especially outside. He told us that a good barrier outside is the best preventative inside. We have never had a problem with anything since he started servicing our house. We're very thankful for Terminix and the wonderful job they do. I can't imagine being without them!

The technician is always on time, but need to stand true to his word, this the second time i will have call on Monday to remained, technician to bring glue traps for upstairs. First time it about two before getting back to check on my humidifier.
