The gentleman who came to service our house to provide, an examination termites, treat our house to protect from getting termites and spray for bugs. He will be returning to provide us an estimate of the cost to provide any potential repairs. His quote will include replacing our current moisture barrier that is old and failing to protect the wood underneath our home and the dirt foundation. He explained all that he found during his inspection and explained the services that Terminix could provide to protect our home.

Your treatments are effective, of course, but what is especially outstanding is the attitude of your technician, Randy Smith. He's upbeat and friendly. He always asks if there's anything he can help me with -- change a light bulb, hang an outdoor flag, etc. At 88, living alone, I don't attempt to do several small chores anymore. I really appreciate his offer to help.
