I am a new customer. I just had my first treatment. The old company I had gave me as many of those "sticky boxes" as I wanted. I think I have around 16 placed around my house. He laughed and said I did not need that many. Well, he checked the boxes and every box had insects in them. When he comes back in three months, I expect to be able to obtain the boxes I need. I am paying you more per quarter than my other company. If I can't get as good or better service from Terminix, I will go back to the old company. Those boxes cannot be that expensive. Do the techs carry a quantity of those boxes on their trucks, or do I have to ask for them before he comes?

Lauren is the best service rep ever. She educates us in one area or another every time she comes. When our family suffered the loss of our son, she was very compassionate and made sure bugs was the least of our problems. Our ant problem stopped shortly after treatment. She was great help with preventive with not just bugs but also mice by educating us on our options, including pet friendly ways. Lauren is just an amazing employee that knows her stuff inside and out.
