The technician was very polite and tried to solve my animal invasion. (mice/rats/raccoon?)
He distributed poisoned boxes, but they still having a party every night. They come out during the wee-hours, eating my cat food and leaving a mess in my closet. I hope, the gentleman has come to a conclusion how to get rid of these unwanted animals invasion.
I have never had a termite problem, but the Terminix agents are always courteous and punctual. They give advice on how to further protect my house by encapsulating my crawl space.

Randy is always friendly, asks if there is any thing around the house that he could help me with. His attitude is always positive. If there are still "bugs" moving about several days after a routine service, he will return and respray the infested area. Very responsible.
