Josh is the best Terminix Technician there is. He listens to your concerns and ask you questions. He has a great customer service skills. He is always willing to help out when needed. When we call and have a problem, he is always happy to fit us in, if his schedule allows. We are very pleased with his service. He is very friendly, and cares about his customers.
