Chris Connolly, my service person, has always done an excellent job for me. He i a very nice man and does everything he can to be sure everything is done and the customer is happy. All the other service people through the years have been good also, Chris takes that extra step to see that all is well at my home, Chris is very nice, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. He has become almost like family. He really is a great guy and represents Terminix in a very professional manner. He's scores a big 10 where I'm concerned.

Jared does an amazing job on our Mosquito Treatment, Pest Treatment and Carpenter Bees. This year he has made those Carpenter Bees not happy!!!
They are very kind, very professional, they shared important advise, educated me on how I can do my part to prevent pests and termites, great listener, heard my needs and concerns and they care, answered all my questions patiently, shared expert advice, made me feel safe and protected, gave me confidence, offered wisdom and experience, fast and efficient, explains everything thoroughly, nice smile, tells me my next step, offers some options.
